The Faculty of Medicine, CU in Plzeň is one of seventeen faculties of the venerable Charles University in Prague. It was established by Decree No. 135 of 27th October 1945 issued by President Edvard Beneš.

The Protestant Theological Faculty of Charles University is one of the three theological faculties of the university, providing education in the following fields: evangelical theology, social and pastoral work, community crisis and pastoral work, theology-spirituality-ethics, theology of Christian traditions.
