The Ph.D. in Education major in Educational Management is designed for teachers, educational leaders, and managers. It aims to provide the necessary knowledge, competencies, research skills, attitudes, and values relevant to teachers, school administrators, and /or education supervisors' academic development.

The program is designed to accompany our forester-learners to think and work independently as a scholar and contribute to Philippine society by conducting original research in a chosen area of natural resource management, climate change mitigation and adaptation, forest plantation management, forest restoration and rehabilitation, and environmental advocacies.
